This teacher’s goal
Make feedback specific enough that students can act on it.
AI coach
What did students do with the feedback today?
Teacher, in private
Tried the two-comment cap in third period. A few actually revised their intros before turning in — first time that's happened. The quieter students still skipped the second read.

Revision before submission is the goal behaving like a habit, and it started in one period specifically. For the students who skipped the second read: what would make the first move obvious enough to start without you standing there?
Next classroom move
Next class: keep the two-comment cap, and write the first move into the comment itself.
Nothing on this panel reaches a leader’s view, report, or export.

Do this next
Give the success-criteria stuck point 15 minutes at the next staff meeting: ask three volunteers to bring one rubric row they rewrote in student language.
If you run a second cycle
Keep the focus and change the support: co-write student-facing criteria in departments before the next cycle.

The questions leaders actually ask
01Can leaders read teacher reflections?+
No — by construction, not by policy. Reflections, goals in a teacher’s own words, and coaching conversations never appear in any leader view, report, or export. The database enforces it, not a screen.
02What if participation is low?+
You’ll see it early — participation is visible from week one, and the weekly digest points at where support would help. Group patterns simply wait until enough teachers share them; the report never fills silence with invented signal.
03What exactly happens when we pay?+
$495 once, by card or bank transfer — or request an invoice or PO, which schools commonly pay from Title II-A funds. You see the price and what's included before you pay. On the review screen you choose the privacy mode, the launch date and the roster and read the exact notice teachers will see; payment is due before the launch is scheduled, and then you approve the send. Paying does not contact anybody.
Why not an email, a form, or nothing?
A follow-up email+
- What it lacks
- No response, no memory of the goal, no cumulative record
- What we add
- Goal-aware private check-ins that remember the last attempt
A Google Form+
- What it lacks
- Collects answers; coaches nobody
- What we add
- A specific response and one next classroom move
Nothing+
- What it lacks
- The month after PD competes with everything else
- What we add
- A defined month of practice with a decision at the end
Give the month after your next PD day an agenda too.
