30-day classroom follow-through after PD

Thirty days, designed around one practice.

The workshop names the practice. The cycle gives the month after it a structure — private for teachers, legible for you, honest about what it can and cannot show.

  1. 1

    Leader

Bring the PD you already have

Paste an agenda line or describe the focus in a sentence. The builder drafts the cycle — a title, framing teachers will read, five goal starters, example check-ins — and everything is editable, section by section. No account yet.

  2. 2

    Leader

Choose the privacy mode, roster, and launch date

Save the cycle and a secure review link arrives by email — no password. On the review screen you confirm the roster, the cadence default, the launch date, and the privacy mode: aggregate-only, or named participation. The $495 is paid before you schedule the launch, and nothing reaches teachers until you approve.

  3. 3

    Teacher

See the terms, choose one goal

Every invitation shows the cycle's privacy mode — the same words, verbatim, before joining. Each teacher picks one practice goal: a starter from the cycle, or their own words.

  4. 4

    Teacher

Check in privately through the month

Then it's brief private check-ins, 3 times a week by default — a few minutes on the days they teach, adjustable between 2 and 5, with reminders on the teacher's own clock. The coach remembers the goal, asks one useful question, and helps shape the next attempt. Reflections stay private, always.

  5. 5

    Leader

    Watch patterns, not people

A weekly digest and dashboard show participation under the mode you chose and anonymous themes once five teachers have contributed — each shown with how many stand behind it, never fewer than three — what the cohort is trying, adapting, and needing support with. Never reflection text.

  6. 6

    Both

Day 30 closes with a decision

Teachers close with the same baseline questions they started with, plus a private letter that is theirs alone. You get the Day-30 report: participation, teacher-reported implementation, friction and support needs, and a next-cycle recommendation — every section labeled with its evidence source. Nothing renews by itself.

What the leader sees. What the teacher sees. What no one claims.

What no one claims: The platform records participation and synthesizes teacher-reported implementation patterns. It does not observe classrooms, score teachers, or claim student-outcome impact. See what the report can — and cannot — show
