Start with one 30-day cycle.

Small enough to decide without a committee. Substantial enough to produce real implementation learning.

30-day classroom follow-through after PD

30-Day Follow-Through Cycle

$495 once

  • Up to 25 teachers
  • Your existing PD or initiative
  • Private AI coaching for each teacher
  • 3 check-ins per week by default
  • Anonymous cohort themes with counts
  • Weekly leader digest
  • Day-30 report and PDF

What happens after you start

  1. 1

    Build the cycle

Paste your PD focus; edit the draft. No account, no payment.

  2. 2

    Claim it by email

A secure review link — no password — opens the final review: roster, privacy mode, launch date.

  3. 3

    Pay $495

Card checkout from your billing page, or request an invoice (ACH, check, or a purchase order — Title II, Part A funds are commonly used).

  4. 4

    Invite and launch

Invitations go out only when you approve. Teachers join, see the privacy terms, choose a goal, and the 30 days begin on your date.

Invoice and purchase-order requests are made from your billing page in one click; the documents are prepared for you and typically arrive within one business day. Nothing about the cycle renews or converts automatically.

More than one cycle this year

School year

$4,500 / year

Three cohorts at once, up to 60 teachers, billed by invoice — for a school running several departments through their own focus at the same time, or cycle after cycle across the year. And the first decision is pre-paid for: your full $495 credits toward the annual invoice when you continue within six months of buying the cycle.

Larger school or several buildings? hello@pdthatworks.com — a person replies within one business day.

Before you spend the money

Is there a refund?
The cycle is a one-time charge, and our published School & District Terms state that we don’t prorate refunds except where the law requires it. We don’t advertise a money-back guarantee on the cycle, because we haven’t adopted one. What we can tell you plainly: nothing is charged until you choose to pay, and nothing reaches a teacher until you approve a launch — so if something is wrong, it is almost always wrong before either of those. Email hello@pdthatworks.com and a person will read it.
Can we pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes — request one from your billing page and we’ll send an invoice, W-9 and anything else your business office needs, typically within one business day. A person prepares it, so it is not instant. ACH and check are both fine. Schools commonly use Title II, Part A funds for this.
What happens at Day 30?
The cycle ends. No new check-ins are collected, nothing renews by itself, and the Day-30 report and dashboard stay readable. The report recommends what to sustain, adjust, or support next. A second cycle is a new $495 purchase, or the school year above — to which your $495 credits in full within six months.
Do you sign a DPA?
Yes, on request — email hello@pdthatworks.com and we’ll send our data-processing addendum. Our subprocessor list and the security page are public, and say what is confirmed and what is still being confirmed.
Is there a contract?
The School & District Terms are the agreement, and they are published in full rather than sent after you commit. There is no minimum term on a cycle: it is one month, once.
